THEO WALCOTT has dealt injury-ravaged Arsenal another savage blow as he faces a desperate battle to face Manchester United on Saturday.

The England Under-21 winger, 18, is having round-the-clock treatment on a thigh strain.

Walcott’s woe is another headache for boss Arsene Wenger in the run-up to a crucial week for the Gunners.

First, they travel to Old Trafford for the FA Cup fifth-round cruncher.

Then comes Wednesday’s Champions League last-16 first-leg clash at home to AC Milan.

Walcott is an unwelcome addition to a sicklist which also includes Abou Diaby, Emmanuel Eboue, Tomas Rosicky and Robin van Persie.

Walcott was due to be named in the side that beat Blackburn 2-0 on Monday but had to withdraw at the last minute.
